A-Max Air Conditioning offers three levels of HVAC maintenance plans to suit different budgets and comfort preferences. Whether you’re looking to keep things cool with the basics or want maximum savings and faster service, our Chill Plan and Ice Cold Plan have you covered.
Ice Cold Plan (Best)
Two visits a year. Fewer breakdowns. Savings. The smart choice.
Price
- $375/year (annual only)
- Covers one system only, Additional systems: $180/year each.
Includes:
- 2 maintenance visits per year (spring + fall or any time as preferred)
- Complimentary 15-point system inspection
- Filter replacement included (standard filters; premium filters excluded)
- Thermostat calibration
- Priority scheduling: Next available appointment
- No overtime charges for emergency calls
- Free service calls during normal business hours
- Repair discount: 15% off parts & labor
- New system discount: 5% off

Available year-round but Admins try to schedule off peak months

15-Point Inspection Checklist
- Check & adjust thermostat
- Check all wiring and connections to controls and electrical connections
- Check blower belt wear, tension, and adjust
- Check compressor contactor
- Check condensate drain and pan then advise of any discrepancies
- Check condenser coil to determine if it needs cleaning
- Check expansion valve and coil temperature
- Check pressure switch cut-out setting
- Check refrigerant (freon) level and advise if adjustments necessary
- Check start capacitor and potential relay
- Check voltage and amperage draw on all motors with meter
- Inspect condensate drain
- Install gauges & check operating pressures
- Replace air filter or clean reusable type filter
- Visually inspect compressor
